Grey Elegance with JollyChic!

I took a short hiatus from blogging to enjoy the holidays with my son, sister, and my love. The break was necessary. I feel a bit guilty, but sometimes it is needed. Since my son has been away at university, I only see him on Christmas and Summer break. I love having him around, so I like to spent as much time as possible with him when he is home. He left couple of days ago and my heart felt empty for a while until I got used to not having him around. If you are a mommy you would understand the feeling of being away from your child. As hard as it is having him being so far away from me, I am very proud that he is on the right path and pursuing his dreams. Continue Reading

Black on Black Winter Layers !

It has been freezing in Vancouver lately, so I’ve been hibernating at home watching Netflix and staying cozy. I’m not a big fan of this below zero weather, perhaps I should consider relocating to a warmer location?. Moving has been on my mind lately, but I love Vancouver too damn much to move elsewhere, unless it was NYC, in which would be even colder than Vancouver!. My hubby has returned home after being away for two weeks on business. It was lovely to go for a nice dinner together, followed by crisp winter walk down the Enchanted Christmas Light Maze, a new event in Vancouver this year. (blog to follow soon )   Continue Reading

Shades of Grey with NA-KD!

Grey is one of my favourite colours for the fall season. The colour provides a softer alternative to black and is actually easier to wear for work or pleasure. It is an incredibly versatile colour that you can wear in many different ways.  It looks great with soft pastels, and black, or white. Mixing grey together creates a more sophisticated and modern look. I do love grey. It’s the one neutral that I actually really like to wear during the fall / winter season. Continue Reading

Color blocking with NA-KD!

na-kdFall looks even better in this stylish 2 Coloured Coat by Beatrix for NA-KD fashion. The coat is classy to wear to work and stylish for a night out on the town. There are just so many fabulous pieces on the NA-KD website in general. I wore this outfit to dinner last week. I kept the look simple with trousers from NA-KD, slides from Zara (I am obsessed with these shoes) and a choker to complete the look. I have a few more outfits to show in the next few days. I can’t wait to show you my other NA-KD picks! Continue Reading
