How to wear a pleated skirt in many ways

Hello loves, it has been a while since I posted on my blog. Lots of things have happened all at once, and I got very overwhelmed. Like anybody else, I struggled with the isolation and the fear of the COVID-19 chaos. This post is about how to wear a pleated skirt in many ways and look effortless.

To explain my MIA on my blog quickly before I share my looks. My husband and I travelled to London, which was a trip we did plan for so long. Not only was our trip cut short due to the virus, a few days before we left London we got robbed at or hotel. I will do a blog post on my experience and share more details.

However, today I wanted to show you a few looks with this Zara pleated skirt I bought recently. I was trying to do a styling session for TikTok, which by the way, still learning that app and thought I’d share it with you. I always loved wearing pleated skirts, and I have another one in dark brown, which I adore as well. Pleated skirts are a staple piece to have in your closet for Spring/Summer outfits. They can be worn in many ways and are versatile for every woman at any age. Scroll down to see all the looks and let me know which one is your vibe.

Tre’s Chic – Boss Lady

I paired the skirt with a silk top from Dorothy Schumacher, which I rolled and taped it, Judith&Charles old Jacket which I have worn as a dress in the past, Bottega bag and my absolute favourite sandals from WConcpet.

Feminine Effortless

For this look, I paired the skirt with a linen top from Lafayette 148, which I have worn in the past with shoes and a bag from Revolve.

Office Look

To achieve a chic office look I paired the skirt with a blazer from WConcept and Zara slides.

Sunday Bruch

A simple chic look that you can wear from work to brunch to city strolling. I paired the skirt for an effortless look with a cashmere sweater from Eileen Fisher and mules from Revolve.

Beach House – Bohemian Chic

Paired the skirt with a top from Nidodileda, comfy wedges from a Canadian brand and a called bego™️ . I adore them, they are so light and comfy. The straw bag is from Polene Paris.

South of France – Vacay Look

Worn as a dress, I added a fedora hat, and Zara mules and my new bag from WConcept.

I hope you enjoyed all the looks. Let me know below which is your favourite. I hope you are all healthy and safe! Aurela x.
