Greetings Fashionistas,
Happy National Women’s day to you all! It has been a crazy week with my work and doing an intense hot yoga challenge. Like so many people on the West Coast I enjoy yoga and being active.
Yoga is one of my favorite activities because it is good for your mind and a great workout. Spring is around the corner and to get ready for summer I decided to sign for a 30-day hot yoga challenge. Luckily the weather has been absolutely gorgeous and I am so looking forward for the spring season. The cherry blossoms are out and all around the colors are inspiring me to wear light colors. With the transition from winter to spring, I am getting ready to organize my closet and put away my big coats. I came across my favorite polkadot coat that I purchased a long time ago. Being a single mom on a budget, this coat was the most expensive piece I had ever purchased for myself. When I saw it I thought that I would wear it often and it would be an investment piece. I don’t regret it, it’s very elegant and timeless. I went for dinner with my love and I thought to myself since its nice outside why not wear it before I store it away. As you might have noticed I am obsessed with the white jeans that I bought at Topshop. I also wore them on my previous post, winter white outfit. To make it less casual and more chic I wore it with a sweater from Alexander Wang and heels from Topshop. Until next winter this will be my last time that I wear this coat. Although, now I am thinking I might have to pack it for my Toronto trip that I have planned for the end of the month. Knowing the East coast weather I might just hold off on the idea of putting it away:)
Looking forward to my visit to Toronto to visit my two loves, my son at his university and my beautiful sister.
Hope you had a fantastic weekend.
