Anywhere in the world, it’s hot, and in Vancouver, it’s raining. I am craving heat and the summer badly. The more I wanted, the more rain we get. It is upsetting as I want to wear all my summer dresses. Even though it was foggy I got to wear this pretty kimono from Nidodileda to dinner last night. To try something new I decided to go for a bobo chic look. I love relaxed boho looks, easy to pull off and they look effortless.
I have a few pieces from this Greek brand, which I have posted in the past on my Instagram and my blog here and here – love them all. They give you that gypsy unique vibe that you don’t see often in Vancouver. And yes people stopped me on the street on my way to dinner to ask me where my look was from!
I love chic boho looks especially when I travel to exotic places. Not saying that Vancouver’s weather was great to wear this look, but when I get something new, I always want to go out so I can wear my new pieces.
Even though the kimono it’s a bit long on me as you can see I still wore it 🙂 This is how obsessive I am when it comes to new clothes. I wore a pair of really high wedges to from Bill Blass to help me with more height:)
I paired the kimono with a pair of linen pants that I scored at Zara for $15. They are perfect to wear in summer times and will see me wear them on repeat. When I love an item I wear them on rotation. Added the hat that I’ve had for a while and still love it to get that chic boho vibe plus my hair is all grey at the moment:) Wish you all a beautiful weekend!!
This is such a stunning look! Love the kimono!
