The shades of beige – favourite outfit of mine

Happy 2021! It’s been a while since I last posted it on my blog, but I had my son over for the holidays and couldn’t post. Being a mom for a few weeks out of the year makes me so happy and sad afterwards when he leaves. January is always a bad month for me; I don’t feel motivated to create content or do anything. However, today I wanted to share an outfit that I adore—the shades of beige – a favourite outfit of mine. I will probably continue wearing it in 2021. I’d say is one of my favourite looks.

I believe every woman that loves neutrals I’d say that this look will remain timeless regardless of new trends, Right? Well, neutrals have been my go-to staples for so long. They make a statement and continue to be the classic pieces in our wardrobe. Both pieces are from high street shops. The skirt is a few seasons old, which I bought on sale for $15 at Zara. The oversized sweater is new, currently on sale from H&M.

I always keep an eye on finding timeless pieces that are on sale during this time of the year. I stumbled online looking at the sales on the H&M site and ordered a few oversized sweaters. The quality is excellent, considering the price tag. Both pieces are versatile, and you can pair them with other pieces in your closet for all seasons. I wore the skirt many times in the past and still love it.

Style the sweater with the skirt or with tailored trousers and a coat, layer it over your favourite black dress, or with classic denim and stilettos. The look is chic for every woman at every age who want to look chic and ladylike. When I put the look together, I wanted to wear the outfit with my Chanel mules, which I haven’t worn yet, but I felt that the Bottega heels were a better choice for a trendy yet elegant look.

Spread the love
