Lunch in the Golf Island!

Stripes! I will never tire of stripes. This past weekend we had glorious weather and it finally felt like summer. On Sunday my fiancé and I took the boat and headed out to the Gulf Islands for a cruise and some lunch. I absolutely love hot weather. The hotter the better! We packed few snacks, and a bottle of sparkle to keep us dehydrated 🙂

I decided to wear my new stripes for the day. It’s a few months old but I hadn’t had the chance to wear it yet. I’m completely in love with this design from chicwish; the open back, the navy color and white stripes. It is so flowy and elegant, perfect for day or night. I bought it for my Caribbean trip that I was on this end of May but I couldn’t pack it as it was too long and I didn’t have time to alter it. The dress was a bit long for my height but worth every penny.

The best part is its reasonable price point and the fact you can wear it with a jean jacket in the summer or a motorcycle jacket in the fall. The long tie at the waist gives you the option of tying it in different ways.

We had an incredible lunch, sunbathed after and cruised around until late night. A perfect Sunday.
