After many years of living in Vancouver, the one thing that I find so difficult to adjust to, is the rainy season. I don’t mind the rain once in a while, but when it doesn’t stop for weeks, it changes my mood drastically. Yesterday the sunshine came out and I wasn’t going to stay home, no matter how tired I was.
My favourite outing to do on the weekend, is a late lunch. I get to dress up and wear my new favourite additional pieces of my wardrobe. Taking advantage of the recent sales, I came across this little cute black skirt that I found at Topshop for only $22. It’s so warm and very cute to wear for casual outings with high boots or loafers with a chunky sweater.
My boyfriend always finds it so amazing that I manage to buy pieces that are so cheap and look much more expensive than they really are. For me, fashion is not how much it cost, but how it feels when I wear it!
