Being close to the beach makes me incredibly happy. It feels as if you are on vacation, even just for the weekend. Since it is officially summer, we will be coming to the beach house on the weekend, unless we have plans in the city. I love fashion, but I also love being active and joining in on the fun stuff.
When I head to the beach house, besides wearing stripes, you’ll always find me in sunglasses, a wide brim hat or a fedora. I recently received new sunnies from TIJN that are so chic and very on trend for the moment. I love them. The gorgeous hat, that ‘looks like a lampshade’ (as my fiancé calls it), is a fun accessory and quite unique compared to other hats I own. It is the perfect hat to keep your face shielded from the sun and look fashionable at the same time! I paired the bag and hat, both from H&M, with my favorite dress from Kit & Ace that I choose to wear while playing squash at Terminal City Club here in Vancouver. I love the chic simplicity.
