Finally, after months of rainy weather, we got some sunshine!! You can’t imagine how happy the sunshine makes me. I woke up 6 am when the sunshine hit my window and I literally screamed. I woke up my love telling him “Babe is not raining”. The bad weather really puts you in an off mood but the rain is the worse especially when you are a blogger.
On this post, I wanted to share my obsession with these high waisted chinos that I found on Storets. I promise you will fall in love with these high waisted pants just as I am. The pants fit slightly baggy but cut slim at the waist, one reason I love them so much. They are perfect for running errands or pack them for a vacation. I will for sure pack them for my honeymoon in South of France.
Chinos are remarkably easy to style in my opinion and a great piece to have in your wardrobe. They are light-weight fabric, less formal than dress pants and they hide love handles and belly bulges. When it comes to picking the right colour, there are no limitations. Staple favourites like khaki, nude and white work incredibly well for countless outfit combinations for Spring and Summer season. The amazing part is that you can wear chinos to work since the casual dress is widely accepted nowadays, even on the job! For a more casual outfit, opt for a linen shirt or simple tee tucked into chinos paired with canvas/sneakers for a relaxed look perfect for sunny days. For a dressier take on chinos, opt for blazers in contrasting colours to amp up your look with slingback heels or embellished slide sandals.
I love simple outfits and this is by far one of my favourite looks for spring. It is comfy, effortless and reminds me of Audrey Hepburn outfits!
