Every New Year brings new hope, new ambitions and, of course, New Year’s Resolutions. Before, I would make a long list with every goal I wanted to reach, this year I skipped the list. I am very thankful for 2017. Many highs and lows, disappointments, many accomplishments and learning in between. I’ve learned to race my own race and appreciate what I have.
I am looking forward to 2018 for many reasons. This year I have so many things to look forward too!
To start, I am heading to Europe to be with my family and travel with my sisters. I didn’t travel much last year due to working so much and not being able to take time off. This year I have decided to be my own boss and allow myself to fulfill my ambitions and dreams.
My son is graduating from Queens University in May and moving to Montreal to do his masters. I am so proud of him, his achievement is my achievement and I can not wait to see him graduate.
Traveling to Europe with my fiancee and visiting our favourite destination and having our wedding on the Mediterranean coast. A dream come true. I can’t wait to show my love my home land and where I grew up.
Finally, I will add more colours into my wardrobe. Many of you have told me that I look good in red, so I added a new red coat on my closet. My first style post of 2018 includes this statement coat that adds elegance to any outfit! I am happy that I decided to get the red colour instead of black.
