What am I going to wear today!
Often when I go out with friends and my boyfriend for dinner and drinks, I have that panic question of ”what am I going to wear’?” Some days I want to dress up and I’ll think about my outfit. Dressed up for me means wearing my high stilettos and something fancy. There are some days when I just need to go for a casual outing, so I wear my favorite jeans, flats and a blazer. As much as I love to add new things to my closet, sometimes just shopping your closet and using what you already have is better for your wallet. I love my classic pieces that I’ve had in my closet for a long time.
One example is this outfit. A crispy white button shirt, it’s a must-have garment for your closet. I have few in my closet and I wear them dressed-up, casual with the jeans, or suited up for work meetings. Also, one favorite piece that I have kept in my closet for few years is this black and white skirt from Topshop that I purchased couple of years ago. It’s very chic and and very unique at same time. I’ve worn this skirt in almost each city that I traveled too, Chicago, NYC, LA, and I’ve received lots of compliments. It gives you that chic parisian vibe that I always gravitate towards. To polish the look I paired the outfit with my favorite red-sole stilettos. Yes, I got compliments last night on my outfit 🙂
Today, there are many trend essentials that I love, and before summer ends I am detoxing my closet. I like to add more nudes, grey and whites for the fall season that I can transit to winter.
