Striped Swimwear!

We had an absolutely amazing weekend, with plenty of sunshine. After a long week at work, going to the beach house in Point Roberts, feels like going on a mini vacation. I love to stay in the city and go out on the town, but in the summer, I prefer to just go to the beach and enjoy some relaxing time with my family.

Am I a stripe crazy? Yes, absolutely! For me stripes are the one piece that I will always have in my closet. From dresses, to tops, and swimwear, all are a part of this obsession. Pair a one piece swimsuit, with a oversized shirt, and put on your best Parisian accent, you’ve mastered the French Style.

Perhaps this is one reason why I am so obsessed with stripes! Nautical stripes are easy, breezy, and not at all boring. This is my go-to outfit when I travel to a beach destination, specially in South of France.

Body suits are perfect to have when you don’t feel like showing your stomach or wearing a tiny bikini. I purchased this striped bodysuit at Forever21 to have for my European vacation. The oversized white shirt is another favourite piece of mine from Loeil. As soon as I discovered this site, I became obsessed with everything on it. Certain pieces might be a bit too trendy but they have many minimalist pieces that are timeless and chic.
