Hello Fashionistas,
With the long weekend, and an incredible weather I decided to go for stripes. One thing to know about me, I love wearing stripes. Inspired by Audrey Hepburn, and Parisian women, this classic print it has always been part of my wardrobe. I don’t wear many busy prints, as I like more monochrome and classic pieces. A striped sailer shirt with white jeans is my go to outfit for summer and this culotte romper is just perfect to wear for running errands or a beach vacation.
It can also be dressed down with a denim jacket and cute sandals or dressed up by adding a blazer and heels with equal ease. I wore it with my old favorite diamond ankle strap sandals. They are close to my heart as my brother bought them for me as a birthday gift almost 18 years ago. These are the first expensive shoes I have ever owned. I have worn them so much, yet they still look brand new.
By now, I probably own more than a few striped pieces that I love and wear to death throughout the year. From tank, sweaters to dresses I have them all. They’re definitely a wardrobe staple for me. The stripe dress is the perfect weekend piece to have in your closet for an easy, go to, outfit.
Horizontal, vertical, curved stripes I adore them all.
