Black is always the new black! Since my early days of loving fashion, I have always loved wearing black. Black is power, and confidence-boosting, whether it’s a first date, or an interview. It’s flattering, alluring, and timeless, regardless of your body shape. And, its pretty much limitless and will never go out of style.
I personally love black simplicity and the elegance it gives you. My signature look would be monochrome and all black is perfect for that chic, glamorous vibe. I am in love with this soft sweater/turtleneck from Forever21. Also, I actually bought the cream color too. Love the quality, the look, and how it feels. It’s a classy clean look when you pair it with straight ankle trousers, but it can be edgy when you pair it with culottes. Still chic, but more edgy, especially with the shoes.
Must admit, I am a sucker for turtlenecks and cozy cashmere sweaters for the fall and winter seasons. They go with pretty much with everything, if you chose the right kind. You can wear a sweater with jeans, pencil skirts, trousers and layer it with a blazer or with a heavier coat. Through the fall and winter I don’t wear many dresses unless i’m invited to a special occasion.
With the chillier seasons, I go for heavier skirts, trousers, culottes or jeans.
For spring and summer I wear more dresses.
